For Narcolepsy patients, working regularly is like walking on a balance beam.

  Hello, everyone. I am Masa, a Narcolepsy patient. 

I am a teacher working for a public junior high school in Japan. Some people may find it strange because a school teacher is one of the toughest jobs in many countries.  I often feel that working regularly for me is like walking on a balance beam. I am always in danger of "falling" asleep, which might be attributed to dismissal from school. So I am always in fear. I believe this feeling can be shared only among Narco patients.
